Privacy Policy
What we collect from visitors to stravixai.com, why, and how you can control it.
Who we are
This website is operated by STRAVIX AI TECHNOLOGIES LLP (LLPIN ACN-3153), a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Stravix,” “we,” “us”), with its registered office at 2078, A/p Pirangut, Nikte Vasti, Paud, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra 412108, India. We build and run go-to-market systems for B2B companies — data foundation, buying signals, and workflow routing, plus outbound run by our operators.
This policy covers the website at https://stravixai.com and the intro calls booked through it. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the EU/UK GDPR, we are the Data Fiduciary (controller) for that information. Work we do for clients is governed by separate written agreements, not by this policy. You can reach us at support@stravixai.com.
What we collect
We keep what we collect to a minimum:
- Your work email, when you ask to book a call. The hero, FAQ, and final call-to-action sections on our homepage each ask for a work email address. Your browser checks its format and that it isn’t a personal address, then opens our Cal.com booking page with that address (and any UTM campaign parameters from your visit) added to the link so the booking form is prefilled. The website itself doesn’t store that address or send it to any server of ours.
- Booking details. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, chosen time, and anything you add to the booking on our behalf. The booking is added to our Google Workspace calendar with a Google Meet link for the call.
- What you share on the call. Notes we take about your business and what you’re looking for, so we can follow up.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data for every visit — IP address, browser/user-agent string, the page requested, and the time — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t run analytics, advertising pixels, or other trackers on this site, and we don’t ask for sensitive information such as financial, health, or government ID details.
How we use it
We use the information above only to:
- schedule, run, and follow up on the intro call you booked;
- reply to messages you send us;
- deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website; and
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your information, use it for targeted advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Why we’re allowed to use it
Under the DPDP Act (India). When you enter your email to book a call or email us, you’re voluntarily giving us that information for that specific purpose, and we use it only for that purpose — a legitimate use under Section 7(a) of the DPDP Act. Where we rely on your consent for anything else, we’ll ask first, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@stravixai.com. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Under the GDPR (EEA and UK visitors). We rely on:
- Steps you ask us to take before a contract — booking and holding the intro call you requested;
- Legitimate interests — replying to your emails, following up on the call, and keeping the site secure, weighed against your rights and interests; and
- Legal obligation — keeping records the law requires, or responding to a lawful request.
Cookies
The website itself doesn’t set cookies or use browser storage such as localStorage. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from bots. It contains no information that identifies you and isn’t used for tracking or advertising. Cal.com may set its own cookies once you’re on its booking page.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run things:
- Cloudflare — hosts and secures the website. Privacy policy
- Cal.com — runs our booking calendar. Privacy policy
- Google Workspace and Google Meet — our email, calendar, and video calls. Privacy policy
- Professional advisers — such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where needed.
- Government or regulatory authorities — where Indian or other applicable law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Where it’s processed
Cloudflare, Cal.com, and Google run global infrastructure, so your information may be processed outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. The DPDP Act permits these transfers except to countries the Government of India restricts, and we don’t send data to any restricted country. For visitors in the EEA or UK, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Booking details, call notes, and emails — for as long as we’re talking with you about working together, and up to two years after our last contact unless you become a client. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Records the law requires — such as invoices and accounting records — for the period Indian law sets.
- Technical data — Cloudflare keeps request logs for a limited period for security and operations, then deletes them.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated;
- have your data erased once it’s no longer needed;
- withdraw any consent you’ve given;
- have your grievances addressed by us; and
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
If you’re in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict our processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@stravixai.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
Grievance Officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the DPDP Act, you can raise any concern about how we handle your personal data with our Grievance Officer:
Grievance Officer, STRAVIX AI TECHNOLOGIES LLP
Email: support@stravixai.com
Address: 2078, A/p Pirangut, Nikte Vasti, Paud, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra 412108, India
We’ll acknowledge your grievance promptly and resolve it within one month of receiving it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Booking details and emails live in Cal.com and Google Workspace, and only the people at Stravix who need them can access them. The website itself never stores the email you enter. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we’ll notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Children
This website is for business audiences and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Third-party links
This site links to sites we don’t operate, including Cal.com and LinkedIn, and shows customer and tool logos. We aren’t responsible for those sites’ privacy practices, so check their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll make that clear on this page.
