Terms of Service

The rules for using the Stravix website.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://stravixai.com (the “Site”), operated by STRAVIX AI TECHNOLOGIES LLP (LLPIN ACN-3153), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at 2078, A/p Pirangut, Nikte Vasti, Paud, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra 412108, India (“Stravix,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

About Stravix

Stravix builds and runs go-to-market systems for B2B companies — data foundation, buying signals, and workflow routing, plus outbound run by our operators. The Site describes those services. It doesn’t itself deliver any service to you. If you engage Stravix as a client, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Stravix, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any related network;
  • interfere with the Site’s operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it;
  • scrape or harvest data from the Site other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
  • submit someone else’s email address to book a call; or
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, diagrams, and design — are owned by Stravix or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. “Stravix” and the Stravix logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission, other than to view the Site for its intended purpose.

Customer and third-party tool logos shown on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear to identify those companies or tools. Their appearance doesn’t imply that they endorse Stravix.

Submissions and booking

The Site’s email forms check your address in your browser and then open our Cal.com booking page, with your email and any UTM campaign parameters carried into the booking link. The Site itself doesn’t store that address. Booking a call is also subject to Cal.com’s terms, and calls take place on Google Meet. An intro call is a free, no-obligation conversation. Nothing said on it is a binding offer or professional advice until it’s set out in a signed agreement.

The Site links to third-party services, including Cal.com and LinkedIn, and displays third-party logos. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party sites or services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site, including any figures, timelines, or results described, is general information about Stravix and its services, not professional, legal, financial, or business advice or a guarantee of outcomes, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stravix won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Stravix and its partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site, including the booking flow described above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, that doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Stravix about your use of the Site.
